FiberLove bars are Gnu Bars, all grown up! FiberLove flavor recipes are nearly identical to the Flavor & Fiber recipes, with one important exception – FiberLove bars are Non–GMO Project Verified! For more on FiberLove's Non–GMO verification, read this blog post.
Did your product line change?
Peanut Butter is no longer available, but we now have Peanut Chocolate Chip. The rest of our lineup is made of the same Flavor & Fiber flavors that you know and love. Look for exciting new flavor additions in the near future.
Will my account still work?
Yes, if you had an account on gnufoods.com, your username and password will still work on FiberLoveBar.com. If you had a Joy of Fiber membership, you now have a FiberLove Club membership.

Good news! Health bars are exempt from sales tax, so you get to keep a few extra bucks in your pocket.
How are orders shipped?
We use UPS Ground service to send FiberLove bars.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses?
Our carrier, UPS, does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. However! We love our troops, and we'd love to show our support for our friends who so bravely serve our country. If you are intent on getting FiberLove to someone with an APO or FPO address, contact us and we'll do what we can to help.

We're sorry to hear that your shipment didn’t arrive! Please call us at 1-877-703-1085 or email email@example.com to confirm that we have your correct address. Once you can confirm your address, we can follow up and work out how to get your FiberLove bars to you as soon as possible!
Where's my order?
Once your FiberLove order has shipped, you can follow its journey to your doorstep by using the UPS tracking code included in the Shipment Confirmation email we send you.
I received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?
Oh, dear. Sorry about that! We always work our hardest to give FiberLove customers just what they want, but you know what they say - to err is human. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 1-877-703-1085 to tell us what went wrong, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to correct the error.
My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?
Sorry to hear that! We only want to give you the best, so we’ll be happy to replace any damaged items. Please send an email to email@example.com that includes your order number and a description of the damaged item(s). We’ll follow up with the next steps. But in the meantime, please don’t throw the damaged items away! We might request that you send them back to us (on our dime, of course).
What is FiberLove’s return policy?
Your total satisfaction is important to us. You can return any item you ordered from FiberLoveBar.com for a full credit or refund, minus the cost of shipping charges. Returned items should be in their original packaging, and must be returned within 30 days of the date you received them. If your order shipped for free, there will be a shipping charge applied to your return. Please check our Shipping Charge Chart (see above) for the charge. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will issue a credit or refund within 5 business days. Please note that it may take one or two cycles to show up on your credit card statement depending on the policies of your bank. Can my shipping and billing addresses be different?
They most certainly can! During the checkout process, you will be asked for your billing address and shipping addresses separately. When you enter your billing address, you also have the option of shipping your order to the same address. You can update either your shipping or billing address at any time by logging in to the My Account section of FiberLoveBar.com.
How do I change my e-mail address or password?
After you log in to FiberLoveBar.com, go to the My Account section. You can make any changes to your account there, including your e-mail address and password.
I forgot the password to My Account. Can you help me remember it?
Although we don’t have the power to recall the memories of others, we do have the power to help you set up a new password for your account. (Bittersweet news, right?) If you head to the login page and click "Forgot My Password", we’ll send you an email that will allow you to set up a new password for your account.
I want to permanently delete my FiberLove account. How can I do that?
Please send an email to email@example.com and tell us you want to permanently delete your account. Once the account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in using your email address.
If we could have done anything differently to put more joy in your FiberLove experience, please let us know. We hope that we’ll be able to welcome you back in the near future.
What methods of payment does FiberLove accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal for non-Club orders. However, at this time we do not accept PayPal as a payment method for FiberLove Club orders.
Is the credit card information I submit secure?
Absolutely. Every step of the FiberLoveBar.com’s online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL makes your information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.
Will FiberLove send me a confirmation e-mail after I place my order?
We will. After you place your order, we’ll follow up with a confirmation e-mail to make sure you’re clear on the details of your order. We will also e-mail you once your order has shipped. To make sure you receive your FiberLove confirmation email, please add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your address book, so the message doesn’t accidentally end up in your spam folder.
Can I buy FiberLove Bars outside of the US?
Although we don’t ship FiberLove bars internationally, our fiber-loving friends in Canada can order FiberLove bars through the VitaminShoppe.com, which does ship to Canada. At this time we aren’t aware of any other retailers that ship FiberLove bars outside the United States.
What’s so special about the Fiber in FiberLove Bars?
Beyond being rich in fiber, the 6 natural whole grains in FiberLove bars include beautiful, beneficial nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients. Plus, the whole grains inside contain all the parts of the entire grain kernel; they haven’t been milled or processed out like they are in many other whole grain foods or supplements. And – super bonus! – unlike fiber supplements, FiberLove Bars taste great. They also provide you with nearly half of the Daily Value of Fiber your body needs to stay healthy!
What is a Dextrin?
A dextrin is a complex carbohydrate. Complex carbohydrates are great because they provide sustained energy for your body. The source of the dextrins in FiberLove Bars is brown rice. But make sure not to confuse dextrins with maltodextrins! (A maltodextrins is a highly refined form of cornstarch that is rapidly metabolized in the human body. Maltodextrins do not provide sustained energy and have little or no nutritional benefit.)
What is Inulin?
Let’s get a little technical here. Inulin is a natural vegetable fiber found in thousands of plants and vegetables. It is a soluble fiber that is not digested in the stomach or small intestine. When inulin reaches the large intestinal tract, it is fermented by the intestinal flora and acts as a prebiotic, thus promoting the growth of healthy bacteria in the colon and supporting a healthy digestive process. Bottom line: it’s good for you.
What are the “Other Carbohydrates” in FiberLove Bars?
Good question! Props on your thoroughness. The "Other Carbohydrates" listed in the Nutrition Facts are carbohydrates in our ingredients that are not classified as Sugars or Fiber on the label. These are mainly from the starches in ingredients such as oats, flour, bran, apples and plums.
What are “Natural Flavors”?
Natural flavors include the essential oils, essence, or products that come from roasting foods such as fruits, vegetables, and even leaves and bark. The term "flavors" is used because the oils, essence, and products’ main function is to provide flavor – rather than nutritional value – to FiberLove bars. While these flavors are extracted from their full ingredients, they are 100% natural and don’t contain any artificial additives.
How do FiberLove bars help with weight management?
The 12 grams in each 130-160 calorie FiberLove bar provide you with 48% of your Daily Value of fiber, which helps you feel full. When you're full, you don't crave other food. And if you’re not craving other food, you're probably not going to derail any of your diet or weight management plans. Simple as that!
Can I eat too many FiberLove Bars?
We recommend starting with one bar a day, if your body isn’t used to getting your daily recommended value of fiber. FiberLove bars are gentle and effective and won’t cause diarrhea. You will experience less strain during bowel movements and more regularity though. As with any new food you add to your diet, moderation is key. Be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day as you increase your fiber intake.
Are FiberLove Bars safe for my child or toddler?
The American Heart Association Eating Plan recommends that children older than two get the majority of their calories from complex carbohydrates high in Fiber. They recommend "age plus 5" to set dietary Fiber amounts for young children. So, for example, a six year old should eat 6 (his/her age) + 5 grams of Fiber = 11 grams of fiber daily. As a child consumes up to 1500 calories daily, he or she can tolerate 25 grams or more of dietary Fiber.
Are FiberLove Bars Vegan?
All FiberLove flavors are vegan except the Blondie bar, which contains whole milk powder. In all of our other flavors, there are no ingredients derived from animal products. But, full disclosure: the cane sugar in the dark chocolate chips that we include in our Blondie, Chocolate Brownie and Peanut Chocolate Chip bars is processed with bone char.
Are FiberLove Bars Kosher?
The OU-D symbol on every FiberLove Bar certifies that it is a kosher product certified by the Orthodox Union. Because our bakery also processes dairy products, FiberLove Bars carry a “D” after the OU symbol, but other than the Blondie Bar, the bars themselves are dairy free.
Are FiberLove bars Non-GMO Project Verified?
We most certainly are! And what’s more? FiberLove is the first Non-GMO Project Verified high-fiber bar on the market. We display the Non-GMO Project verification logo on our packaging and website. The Whole Wheat Flour and Kamut® Brand Khorasan Wheat in our bars are certified Organic. Furthermore, the canola oil we use is expeller-pressed non-GMO canola oil. Are FiberLove Bars Gluten Free?
No, they’re not. FiberLove bars contain organic whole wheat flour as a main ingredient in the Gnu High-Fiber Blend. We understand the need for fiber as part of a gluten-free diet and we will continue to look at the possibility of creating a great-tasting, high fiber gluten-free bar in the future.
What is the Glycemic Index of FiberLove Bars?
FiberLove Bars are packed with complex carbohydrates and dietary Fiber, both soluble and insoluble. Complex carbohydrates are broken down more slowly by the body than simple carbohydrates and sugars. This provides sustained energy and a feeling of overall satiety rather than the "ups and downs" and cravings associated with the consumption of simple carbohydrates and sugars. We do not explicitly measure Glycemic Index, so we cannot provide you with that specific information.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Here at FiberLove, we are always looking to create a better, more environmentally-friendly product. All of our outer packaging is made of recycled materials, including our shipping boxes, 5-Pack boxes and 16-Pack boxes. We also use vegetable-based inks on all of packaging.
As we continue to grow, we will continue to try and make our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible.
What is the FiberLove Club and how does it work?
It’s quite simple, really. The FiberLove Club is a way for FiberLove fans to get all of the great FiberLove bars they want, in the flavors of their choice, delivered regularly at a 30% discount and with no shipping charges! Sounds good, right? As a member of the FiberLove Club, you’re in control of the amounts and flavors of bars you receive in each Club order, as well as the frequency with which you’ll receive your order. You can even choose a specific shipping date so that your order arrives at the best time to fit your schedule. To be eligible for Club benefits, you have to order at least 30 bars every 8 weeks. How do I change my Club Order?
After you login, go to the FiberLove Club section of our website—you’ll be able to manage your Club order, 24/7. Please allow 1 business day for your changes to become effective.
How do I change my shipping and/or billing address, or my credit card information?
After you login to the FiberLove Club, you’ll be directed to your account page; you will be able to change any of your account information, including your credit card information, there.
Help! I’ve run out of bars and want my next order now. Is that possible?
Once you login, just go to the FiberLove Club and specify your next shipment date. You can also adjust how often you receive your bars (e.g. every 2, 3, 6, or 8 weeks) to ensure you never run out! We can accommodate any request that is at least 1 business day away.
How much does it cost to join the FiberLove Club?
Each FiberLove Bar that you get with your Club Order is 30% OFF our individual bar price, plus you get FREE SHIPPING on all FiberLove Club orders. For example, if your Club Order contains 30 bars, your Club Order total will be $41.70 + FREE SHIPPING.
Sure is! Simply login and visit the FiberLove Club if you would like to make a one-time change to your Club Order. In order to receive the special FiberLove Club pricing, the minimum order is 30 bars. However, after you’ve reached the minimum order level, you can order as many bars as you like in increments of 5 (e.g. 35, 40, 45, etc.). If you would like to go back to your regular bar quantity after the one-time increase, just return to the FiberLove Club to make the change back to your regular quantity.
Can I skip/delay my next order?
Yes, you can. Just log In to the FiberLove Club to change your next shipment date or adjust how often you would like to receive your bars. You can delay your next shipment date up to two months, or set your Club Order to ship fewer times. Club orders can be shipped every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
I don’t remember signing up for automatic monthly shipments of FiberLove Bars. How do I cancel?
No one likes unrequited love, so it’s never our intention to send unwanted product to our customers! We’re sorry if you were unclear about the FiberLove Club when you joined, but luckily, it’s easy to cancel your membership. Just log in to your account and go to the FiberLove Club page to cancel your membership. If you want to return an order, simply mail it back to us as at 1123 Broadway, New York, NY 10010 and we will refund the cost of that order, less shipping charges.
How do I cancel?
After you login, please visit the FiberLove Club to cancel your membership. Please allow 1 business day for your cancellation to become effective. If your current month’s order has been shipped, your cancellation will take effect with next month’s order. If your current month’s shipment is not scheduled to go out within the next day, your cancellation will be effective with your current shipment.
Did the Club change?
It’s better! The FiberLove Club is almost exactly the same as the Joy of Fiber Club, but now you’re getting 30% OFF instead of 20% OFF each order.
Will my login still work?
Yes, the email address and password you used on with the Joy of Fiber Club will work in the FiberLove Club.
